What they say about our Workshops:

"...what a wonderful resource you provided today, thank again so much.I learnt alot from the presentation and it was nice to hear about what other Ministers are doing in the community. I have lots to ponder, as I am a 'reflective', cautious type..."

Hi Amal. I would like to say thank you for your time and expertise on the 1st. It had given me the strength to go forward and has opened up the door which might have been closed to me before, so what i did not know before i know some thing now!
thanks to you sir.
God Bless you and your Good family
yours .

...I just wanted to say thank you for an inspired event . I had to go at lunch time and I'm not involved in fundraising so thought that I probably wouldn't have much, if anything of any practical value to offer. However, I learned a lot in the morning and was reminded of a lot; so thank you.
As I mentioned I'm freelance myself and am asked often if I will facilitate training events. I usually say no because it's not what I'm good at. Watching you at work was a good reminder to me about what's good about good trainers. I loved your lightness of touch at the same time as keeping to the task and facilitating learning in such a clear, concise, and focused way. It was a triumph

Stephanie

"..Wouldn't it be great if all training days could be as useful and well delivered?"

Tariq

"A massive thanks to both you and Amal for last week's training. You were a fantastic Hostess quietly in the back ground like the elf from the elves and the shoe maker children's story make sure everything was just right. I have started working on project. I also found out that someone else has a similar idea so it may be a joint application and I have my first meeting on Wednesday."

Patricia Wharton

"It was truly an inspirational day of training. The best that I have attended, unfortunately for me. I thank you for your continued interest and support in the growth and development of our communities. Blessings on the diversity training day, I am sure that it too will be amazing. “heights that great men have attained was not achieved by sudden flight, but they while their companions slept were upward toiling through the night”.

God bless.

"It was a good training session - clearly presented, well balanced and practical. It has helped clarify certain points for me and given me the encouragement to carry on trying to raise funds... I look forward to the follow up. I enjoyed the day too - warm and friendly company, interesting discussions, congenial and comfortable meeting place, and a good lunch! Best regards,"

Case Studies

Norwich Academy

DMC have a long term involvement with the Academy. Over time this has meant being entrusted to build the administrative and fundraising infrastructure. The Norwich Academy can now boast the completion of a number of successfully funded and managed social, community and educational projects and now shares its expertise by working in partnership with numerous other groups and organisations. We also helped the Academy gain accreditation through the Open College Network and City & Guilds for a range of qualifications. DMC also offered strategic support and guidance in setting up the Home Education Network along with the Food Cooperative, Health Clinic and Advice Centre.

Churches Commission for Racial Justice (CCRJ)

DMC Consultancy has put together a comprehensive package for the CCRJ, beginning with frontline support for members of the Racial Justice Network by offering direct training and consultancy to its member organisations across the UK through a series of workshops and consultations.

Ihsan kindergarten & Summer Project

This small organisation was started by a group of mothers of young children working from the back of the local mosque. When they wanted to expand their activities and include more local children we helped source grant funding for a summer project. We also organised and carried out staff training programmes and helped recruit both additional staff and volunteers.
