Training &Workshops
Our core serviced have always been backed up by an on-going programme of workshops and training days covering some very key and strategic areas, including our nationally popular fundraising and capacity building workshops for the voluntary sector. This continues to be delivered around the country including a number of closed sponsored events for network facilitators and membership bodies. Other well-received workshops include: Dealing with Diversity, Tax Effective Fundraising, and Dealing with Self-Employment. We have also recently added two dynamic titles to our programme: Podcasting for Business which has been developed in conjunction with Community Media, and 10 Essential Steps to Startup in Business which is a 4 day training programme that comes on-line later in the year, although we are already recruiting potential reselling partners and associates.

The DMC 'Magnificent Seven' Consultancy Programme
Our motto is "Empowering People and Communities." One of the ways we do this is to offered tailored ongoing support to a limited number of ambitious projects or organisations whether they be in the private sector, a charitable organisation or whether an SME or a corporate giant. However, through experience we have realised that seven is the ideal number of such clients we would like to have at any one time. Therefore, in 2007/8 we will only take on a new client when a current client as 'graduated.'
